• Our wedding gowns are available for purchase via online and offline. Our website offers made to order  an exclusive range of wedding dresses. Whereas our physical store also provides an extensive and wide scope of garments for our clients. We currently have a wedding boutique in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

• Throughout the year, we do offer special promotions and sales occasionally. The best way to keep yourself up to date on our special promotion is to sign up to receive our newsletter and follow us on our Facebook & Instagram!

How long will my online order take to process?

• An automated order confirmation is emailed 24 to 48 hours after an order is processed in our system. The order confirmation included design, style, size, color and other order details. An allocation of 3 months is required, and we recommend our clients to place the order as far in advance of the event as possible to allow ample amount time for production, shipment and any necessary alterations. For more information, kindly refer to our T&C.

What are things to take note during an online purchase with W Isle?

• Once you have chosen your ideal gown, it is vital to indicate your desired size according to the size chart. Please ensure that the measurements are correct to avoid and minimize any form of issues.

What are the payment methods?

Do W Isle offer International Shipping?

• Yes we do! We ship world wide through the DHL express. Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties. The shipping fee is based on current shipping rates. For more information, kindly refer to our T&C.

When will I receive my order?

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 months. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Malaysia). For more information, kindly refer to our T&C.
