How much does bridal gown rental cost at W.ISLE?
Bridal gown rentals start from RM1,800. Prices shown next to gowns in our Wedding Dress collection are rental prices; online shop checkout prices refer to the product being purchased.
What does a gown rental include?
Rental includes two fittings, a veil and cleaning. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Gown changes are possible with a penalty; contact our team for the applicable amount and your gown’s rental arrangements before confirming.
Which dresses can I rent?
Our bridal gowns and cheongsams are available for rental. Mother-of-the-bride dresses are available for purchase or custom-made orders, not rental.
How much does buying a bridal gown or cheongsam cost?
Off-the-rack bridal gowns start from RM2,800 and custom-made bridal gowns start from RM3,800. Custom-made cheongsams start from RM3,800; off-the-rack cheongsams start from RM2,800+.
What sample sizes can I try in the boutique?
Our boutique carries sample sizes from XS to XXL. Contact our team about the designs and sizes you would like to try; availability varies by gown. Browse the gown collection.
Is a bridal fitting appointment free?
Each customer receives one complimentary 45-minute standard bridal appointment, with up to five dresses from one category. A second free-service appointment costs RM100. The premium appointment costs RM100 and lasts 90 minutes, with up to 12 dresses. The premium appointment fee is waived when you confirm a gown rental. Choose your fitting appointment.
What is the cancellation and late-arrival policy?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel, by contacting +60 12-211 6265. Your appointment will be automatically cancelled if you have not arrived after 20 minutes.
Can overseas brides speak with your team?
Yes. We serve overseas brides through virtual calls. Contact our team to arrange a virtual consultation and discuss your wedding dress.
Where should I park for my fitting?
We are at UG-26, PJ Midtown (Tower B), Petaling Jaya. Enter the parking entrance next to 99 Speedmart, park at Basement B1 near pillar Q6 and take the lift beside Q6 to UG. Visitor parking accepts Touch ’n Go, Visa and MyDebit. See our Contact Us page for drop-off directions.

Where can I buy a W.ISLE gown?
You can purchase selected made-to-order wedding dresses through our website, or visit our boutique in Petaling Jaya to explore the available gowns and discuss your options.
Does W.ISLE offer promotions?
We occasionally offer promotions and sales. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow our Facebook and Instagram pages for current announcements.
How long will my online order take to process?
An automated confirmation email is sent 24 to 48 hours after your order is processed. It includes the design, style, size, colour and other order details. Please allow 3 months and order as early as possible to leave time for production, delivery and any necessary alterations. See our Terms and Conditions.
What should I check before buying a gown online?
Confirm your measurements, chosen size and the terms that apply to your order with our team before paying. If you are unsure about a size conversion, contact us for help.

Does W.ISLE offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide through DHL Express. Shipping fees use current rates and exclude import charges, taxes and customs duties in the destination country; these are the customer’s responsibility. See our Terms and Conditions.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 months. Delivery takes place during working hours, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Malaysian public holidays. Confirm your required date with our team and refer to our Terms and Conditions.
