We are Wedding Isle Gallery Sdn. Bhd., a company registered in Malaysia. Our company registration number is 951803-H and our registered office is at 30, Jalan Kemajuan, sek 13, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. We operate the website at (the "Site") and when you buy a product from the Site ("Product"), you buy it from Wedding Isle Gallery Sdn. Bhd.

Wedding Isle recommends placing your order as far in advance of the event as possible to allow ample time for production, shipment and any necessary alterations. If you have any questions regarding your order, you must contact Customer Service within 5 days of your receipt of the order. We may not be able to assist you if Customer Service is contacted later than 5 days of the order's receipt.
An automated order confirmation is emailed 24 to 48 hours after an order is processed in our system. The order confirmation included design, style, size, color and other order details. The confirmation also provides the estimated delivery of the order from the designer to Wisle.com.my.
If we are unable to process your order, you will be notified by www.wisle.com.my. This might be due to the product availability issues, it may be out of stock because of unexpected limits on our resources for which we could not reasonably plan, because a credit reference we have obtained for you does not meet our minimum requirements, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product, or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified. The price payable by you for the Product shall be the price of the Product listed for sale as stated on the Site at the time your order is transmitted to us through the Site, and any applicable taxes.
Payments shall not be deemed to be made until the full amount of funds have cleared. We accept payment via all major credit cards and PayPal. All sales are final and cannot be cancelled at the point of purchase. Due to the special nature of our merchandise, we cannot accommodate exchanges, returns or refunds under any circumstances. No cash refund is offered. Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
The price of any Products will be as quoted on our Site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. These prices exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. See our Delivery Policy for more information on this.
Currency & International Shipping
Wedding Isle ships Domestic and International orders through the DHL express. Orders are insured for their value at the point of purchase. For delivery outside Malaysia, payments will automatically be converted to shipping country's currency (set by financial institution) plus a currency conversion rate and reserves the right to amend where deemed necessary. If the destination currency is not in the default currency , it will automatically be converted to USD.
Pricing varies across countries and Wisle.com.my reserves the full rights to set this pricing range based on the countries' market conditions, regulatory costs, taxes, tariffs, cost of facilities, wages, legal risk, market risk, size of the market, etc. All purchases have to be made according to the currency/price set by Wisle.com.my website and any special request will not be entertained. Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.
The shipping fee is based on current shipping rates. We ask to provide a complete shipping address and include a business name, apartment number, or suite number if applicable. We suggest using a business address if a person is not available at your residence to sign for and accept the package. While we request a signature of receipt, the carrier can use their discretion to leave a package at an address if they feel it is secure.
Note: Changes to the shipping address must be made prior to our receipt of your order.
Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website or in any other promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours or the printed pictures in our brochure or on a sample swatch accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images or samples.
Making sure your measurements are accurate. Once measurements and sizing have been taken for your order, we will not be held responsible for any weight loss/gain or any other changes in your measurements and sizing (for example due to pregnancy). If your measurements and sizing change it will be your responsibility to notify us, in which case we will confirm if we are able to make further alterations prior to delivery and what the estimated additional costs will be.
Designers provide their own size charts. The size chart shows the measurements the designer uses to determine their sizes. Size charts, sizes and measurements will vary between designers. It is important to use the exact designer's size chart for the product when choosing the size to order.
To view a designer's size chart, select a product and click Size Chart on the Product Page .Prior to selecting a size to order, we suggest reviewing the information provided in How to Measure on the Product Page. Measurements are taken to determine the closest size to order. Garments are not custom-made to exact measurements or fit like normal clothing sizes. Almost all garments will need some type of alteration for the best fit. The customer is responsible for the size ordered and whether or not to order extra or custom length.
Wedding Isle cannot assume any responsibility for the size selected by the customer. In addition, our Customer Service representatives are unable to assist with measurements or suggest a size. The designer is unable to accommodate any changes to the size once the order has been placed.
Additional fees may apply for selected order specifications. Such specifications include, but are not limited to, plus sizes, extra length, Hollow-to-Hem measurements and rush delivery.
You are advised to dry clean all wedding dresses. Please iron on the reverse side of the apparel. Low to Medium heat ironing is encouraged for all products. We would encourage steaming iron.
No Cancellation / No Refund Policy
All sales are final and cannot be cancelled at the point of purchase. Due to the special nature of our merchandise, we cannot accommodate exchanges, returns or refunds under any circumstances. However, Wisle.com.my will issue a refund for orders we cannot fulfill. This may occur if a product is not available for the given event date and stock is not available.
All merchandise must be inspected immediately. If there is a defect in the merchandise the customer must contact Wisle.com.my within 3 days of receiving the merchandise. Wisle.com.my must verify the defect or damage prior to issuing any refunds. Any dress altered or changed prior to the inspection will not be allowed for a return or refund of any kind. Refunds may take up to 30 business days for processing.
Please double check your order details before confirming the order. All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 months. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays(Malaysia). Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcels in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable efforts to assist in compensation claims (if any).
For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. In the case if tax is not paid within the stipulated period , goods will be forfeited and destroyed by the customs department which is not under our control. Price of postage includes handling fees.
Customers will be contacted via email should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name. Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer wisle.com.my will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer. wisle.com.my reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders. Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.
Online promotions adhere to these Terms & Conditions and to the offers' specific offer's disclaimer. Promotions are available on a limited time basis. Promotions cannot be applied to previous or existing orders or used in conjunction with any other offer. Wisle.com.my reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time without advance notice. Online prices in red represent the new selling price for a product in comparison to our former selling price for the same product.
