  1. Agree the colour or palette first. The bride decides how closely the bridesmaids should match before anyone books, so every fitting works from the same brief.

  2. Book one appointment per bridesmaid. Each customer receives one complimentary Standard Appointment, and a second free-service appointment costs RM100.

  3. Plan the guests. If more of the group want to come than two guests, tell the team when you book.

  4. Arrive on time. An appointment is cancelled automatically after a 20-minute no-show; to cancel, contact the boutique at least 24 hours ahead.
