Clearance Sale Terms & Conditions (23th–25th January 2026) 1. By Appointment Only – Walk-ins will not be accepted. Please book your slot in advance. 2. 30-Minute Sessions – Each appointment is limited to 30 minutes to ensure a smooth experience for all customers. 3. Maximum of 5 Dresses – Customers may try on up to 5 dresses during their session. 4. First-Come, First-Served – No reservations or holds. All dresses are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. 5. Punctuality Required – Late arrivals will result in automatic cancellation with no rescheduling. 6. Final Sale – No exchanges, returns, or refunds will be accepted. 7. Limited Availability – Clearance items are available only while stocks last. 8. Guest Limit – Each customer may bring up to two accompanying persons. 9. One Fitting Per Person – Each appointment is for a single customer fitting only. 10. One Appointment Per Person – Each person may book only one appointment. 11. Please Arrive Early - We kindly ask all customer to arrive 15 minutes before there appointment. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
