Nacre offers FREE DELIVERY nationwide in Malaysia for our bridal collection ONLY. Nacre uses reliable Shipping Company as our courier service in Malaysia. Our team will send a confirmation email to your mailbox upon payment and shipping confirmation. Once shipping status is confirmed, an email that comprises shipment tracking detail will be sent out to our client.
Our dresses are handmade with love and is crafted by our designers in the W Isle Team. An allocation of 3 months is required, and we recommend our clients to place the order as far in advance of the event as possible to allow ample amount time for production, shipment and any necessary alterations. Rush orders may incur an additional fee of RM 500. We cannot promise if we can rush order or not but if you wish to obtain your wedding gown within a shorter time frame, do send us an email to inform our team and we will try our best to assist you. The garments is made specially for our beautiful bride. Therefore, we are unable to offer a refund. We would recommend our bride-to-be to ensure that the gown picked is an ideal garments for your special day. If you would like to have a closer look for the desired gown design before placing an order via W isle.com.my, we are more than happy to send you additional images / photos of the garments that comprises a closer look ups of the garments upon request.
